Spite (free) 04:38
Feeling the thorn of arrogance Missing the point of regret Taking the truth as a given Taking opinion as fact Reacting before a response Reducing a goal to a need Remembering all the difference Apathy plants a seed Spite is the hand that feeds me In a tide, a tide of jealousy Pride is the beast that eats me When I’m alone Reject What they know of you Tremble with lack of desire Effort falls short of acceptance Thought dislocates the mind Spite is the hand that feeds me In a tide, a tide of jealousy Pride is the beast that eats me When I’m alone Keep on breaking the spirit Breathe in air of silence All fall short of the righteous pulpit Consciousness falls behind

Anxiety 04:54
Anxiety wells up on me tonight Heard them say that it will be alright Beautiful has lost it’s way tonight I’ve lost my will I've killed the need to fight Man of two worlds caught in the middle Forced to choose or left to die Man of no words pushing the grain Riding the line and biding time Anxiety wells up on me tonight Heard them say that it will be alright Beautiful has lost it’s way tonight I’ve lost my will I've killed the need to fight Pressure builds Forced to choose between living and existing Aggro-collective takes the stage Self fulfilling clandestine prophecy Anxiety wells up on me tonight Heard them say that it will be alright Beautiful has lost it’s way tonight I’ve lost my will I've killed the need to fight

about

Trotski's Block Seattle, Washington

Trotski's Block was born out of a stay in Warsaw without a musical outlet in 1998-1999. Several songs were written, and the idea was formed. Returning to Detroit and being exposed to range of techno and to the re-emergence of EBM, Trotski's Block took a turn from the Industrial to something more dancefloor oriented. Trotski's Block was active from 1999 through 2005 and is indefinitely on hiatus. ... more
